海盐联合钢锯厂创建于90年代初，是最早生产曲线、往复锯条的专业制造厂家，现拥有花园式厂房1万平方米，拥有技术人才数名和一流的技术专业队伍及完整的质量管理体系，完善的检测设备，并聘有机械、热处理工程师，拥有先进的生产设备与专业制造工装，工厂集模具制造、金加工、热处理、表面处理、磨齿、包装、试验等车间于一体，并创建了研发中心，形成了一条完整的锯条制造专业生产线。
    本厂生产的曲线、往复锯条，在目前尚无国家标准和行业标准的情况下，为确保产品质量的长期稳定，经过一段时间的摸索，制订了本厂的企业标准，并通过地方技术监督局认可。为了更多的参与市场竞争，于2002年获得ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证，并不断完善和持续改进质量管理体系，2006年通过了TUV安全质量认证，以更好地满足顾客的要求，努力超越顾客期望。本厂研制的自动磨齿机，生产出的多用锯锯条及磨齿锯条，普遍得到客户的好评。生产的海联牌曲线、往复锯条严格执行企业标准(Q/YYGJ01-2006)，被广泛应用于造船、发电厂、建筑装潢行业，能锯切各种金属薄板、铝合金、塑材、层压板、木材、水泥制品、石材等，是电动工具、风动工具不可缺少的配套工具。产品采用优质冷轧65Mn、高速工具钢、复合双金属以及硬质合金，其强度、韧性、适用性好，被国内外用户所认可。目前本厂生产的产品型号达100多种，规格繁多，年产量超过2800万支，并开发了各种园林工具配件，所生产品种达20余种，产品畅销全国各地及出口欧亚美等地区。

    Haiyan United Hacksaw Factory (HUHF) was established in the early 1990's and is one of the earliest manufacturers of curving and reciprocating saw blades in China. It owns garden-style wor- kshop covering 10,000m² and several senior technicians and a fi- rst class technical team with machine engineers and heat treatm-ent engineers. HUHF has established a perfect quality management system. It possesses advanced manufacturing equip ment, inspect-ion equipments and professional manufacturing process, combined with mold manufacturing, metal processing, heat treatment, surf-ace treatment, grinding teeth, packing and test workshops. HUHF also set up an R&D center for saw blades and formed a complete and professional product line for saw blade manufacture.
    Currently, there is no state or industry standard applicable for the curving and reciprocating saw blades. In order to guara-ntee our product quality, HUHF constituted an enterprise standa-rd which has been recognized by the local technical supervisory bureau. To face the fierce market competition, we need to cons-tantly improve our manufacturing process. HUHF successfully got the ISO 9001:2000 certificate in 2002. and passed TUV security attestation in 2006. Our products are bei-ng widely used in shipbuilding, power plant, architectural deco-ration, etc., and are indispensable tools for pneumatic tools and electric tools. They can be used to cut metal sheets, alumi-num alloy, plastics, laminated sheets, wood, concrete products and stones into various shapes. Our products are made of high quality cold rolled steel 65Mn, high speed tool steel, compound bimetal and horniness alloy, and are featured by good strength, toughness and adaptability. Their quality has been recognized by customers both at home and abroad. Through years of hard work, we can produce over 100 types of products with a yearly output of over 28 million pieces.
